The problem is not only with the teleport destination (which seems to be on a moving platform) which is broken, it's also that this prevents you from accepting/completing the next quest "Search the Place" which is mandatory for the Necrolords' fourth chapter. The follow-up to the previous quest "This way out" seems to get you stuck in a loading screen loop, and re-logging will make you fall to the ground as well.

It seems to be a random issue since most characters that completed the previous finished the chapter, but its significance at the moment is that you can't progress your covenant campaign. Most likely it is explained by the fact that most players who finished the chapter actually never got to use that teleporter.
