Bug description: 1 kill of that mob will give you 75 reputation to Valarjar up to exalted. When you get exalted you won't get any rep on it.

Confirmed.
The mob should not give you 75 Reputation.
Reputation such as Valarjar Reputation is being obtained through World Quests, Quest-line and dungeons such as Maw of Souls.
