Bug description: While your Imp/Doomguard cast his basic attack (firebolt / doom bolt) and you try to use some of there skills the pet won't use it but the skill will be put on a cooldown.

Confirmed.
However, it looks like the pet ability is still off cooldown and only your command is getting a CD.
Will investigate this later and come up with an update.
