[FIXED] [Warlock][Destruction] Dimensional Rift doesn't attack

Bug description: Sometimes Dimentional Rifts don't attack. They just stand there doing nothing. They give you the buff from leggo shoulders but in the damage composition they're not there. It happens at bosses like Varimathras, Garothi Worldbreaker, Imonar The Soulhunter (they never work here) and some dungeon bosses. Sometimes they attack, sometimes not.

Can't replicate it. Can you give me more details please? You have this problem even on a dummy?

What have you tried so far for fixing this? Like unstucking, claring cache, unequip -> equip artefact etc.

I just did all of these 3 things you said, then I joined a pug Imonar The Soulhunter (because, as I said, Rifts NEVER work here), and that's the result:

As you can see, they did nothing.
At the end of the video there's my damage composition and they're not there.

Somehow I managed to replicate this by changing the level 60 talents Soul Harvest and Fire and Brimstone between them. However using Cataclysm made the portals work again.
