[Warlock][Destruction] Havoc vs Fallen Avatar

Bug description: Havoc doesn't work in the Fallen Avatar encounter whatsoever, tried putting it on maiden and hitting avatar and vice versa, no spells get doubled.
Proof: didn't manage to record when I was there, will update this topic when I can if necessary.

Please provide proper proof of Havoc not working on that encounter .
