WeakAuras problem

Why is WA addon that is available on the website is from patch 8.3 and actual 7.3 WA doesnt work ? ( it shows "Error decompressing: Unknown compression method (0)" with any WA you try to import)

sure 8.3 one works with CD and Buff tracking but it *** with dungeon and raid WA's anyone one has any solutions ?
