Bug description:
Talking with any Andorhal Deathguard, you get the credit for Forsaken Trooper mobilized, but it does not give you too the credit for Frightened Provincial Minuteman slain and converted.
Killing Frightened Provincial Minuteman does not give you the credit for the quest.
