Bug description: when I accept the quest NPC Sylvanas must call Koltira Deathweaver and open portal and chains to grab him to undercity but nothing happened this quest is main story line connected with achievement Western Plaguelands quests (the second battle for Andorhal)

I confirm that this doesn't work which is a bummer since is a perquisite for the last story in the Horder storyline fot Western Plaguelands.
