Wild transmute not working

Bug description: Wild transmute was crafted by myself, as is shown in the screenshot. however, i can't open it to gain the mats i made. please fix?

Wild Transmutation is not supposed to craft an item, it is supposed to give you the result of the transmutation directly. It worked fine for me.

well as can be seen in the screenshots i took, it did create an item for me. i still get the new transmutes from wild transmute, but the mats are locked in that item

Cache was deleted and it still showed up in my inventory as an unusable item
