Windstalker Gauntlets normal drop instead of hc drop

Bug description:
I don't know if this topic should be better posted in PVE but it's about an item so i guess it's ok.
So I did TOS heroic today and on the last boss Harjatan (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=11640701&name=harjatan-heroic) my bonus roll got stuck so it didn't stop rolling.
I relogged because i hoped that i will get fixed. After relog it seemed to be fine. But after roll i got a normal mode drop (890) instead of heroic (915+).
If it's possible to replace the item or something i would be happy, if not then is it like that. Just wanted to show you this bug.

I recommend to watch it without sound cause of the loud background noices from my tv.
