WoW launcher error.

I have problems opening my WoW Launcher, I have tried all the solutions provided by the staff in the "Download" section and I have not been able to make it work.

The specific error is not among the solutions but I imagined that it could be solved by being similar. The error ends with the phrase "Failed fetching the build CONFIGURATION file".

I downloaded the config folder on the freakz page and it didn't work, so I tried folders from different launchers with the same error but it still didn't work.

If anyone can give me any other help I would appreciate it.

I already tried: put the folder in "Read only", different config folders and open the game in administrator mode
