World quest in progress, but I'm not in circle and can't find it

Hi!

I can't kill, or do any of quest which is connected to achievement WORLD QUEST, no one places in Broken Isles.
Can u just check what is the reason of that?
I could use that yesterday, and morning also, but know just can't.
Here is the screenshot (I know that I have to be in the circle to do the quest, but I can't find it, or when I find it its too far away from the object).

Check if your quest log is not full
