yes i got it after an arena win, and sometimes at the 10 win quest reward
cant find the item in the freakz db so i cant link it

I can confirm that doing arenas (winning 10) will sometimes provide you with Fierce Gladiator's Tabard. Now on our database, it says that the NPC Sarah the Savage sells this Tabard but I couldn't find the same on Wowhead.
Can you provide some sort of proof that the tabard shouldn't drop in arenas? I couldn't find any proof that it should drop there either, but just wanna make sure.

only way pvp tabards are earned is by getting a specific rating during that season
they should never drop as arena rewards
