I started to complete the story on Surramar, but I needed to teleport to another continent and now I cannot return to the Broken Isles and Khadgar's quest is no longer available, what should I do? can I somehow reset and go through again?

If you're stuck, unable to release or use your hearthstone, please use the unstuck tool from the website:

https://www.wow-freakz.com/unstuck.php

You should be able to pick up whichever quest you abandoned from the same place.
