can t login stuck on connecting even with vpn

7 day ago I can login normaly whith vpn or felsong proxy but when srver restarted I can t login even vith vpn and just stuck on connectin and don t get any eror.
(Hit Esc and try to re-enter your username and password again, then try to log in again. It may take a couple of tries, but eventually you will be connected. If that doesn't work, try to change the portal in Freakz.wtf to "EU".) and this tips ddin t work.
can somone help me?
