can't lvl up

the xp bar is invisible and i am not sure if i can even lvl up , i was lvling and i reached lvl 85 and then i tried to lvl up in the jade forest in pandaria i did every single quest that i could do and i didnt even lvl a bit
please help as soon possible and thank you

Talk to the npc https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=35364 and enable your xp again
