Cred ca se referea la a vedea flagurile acceselor, pentru asta intra in users.ini sau cmdacces.ini din ftp si iti apar acolo.

Toate comenzile sunt actualizate in fisierul cmdaccess.ini aflat in amxmodx/configs. In acel fisier ai fiecare comanda/plugin, iar in dreptul ei este aflat flag-ul care trebuie sa il detina un admin pentru a avea acces la ea. Cred ca asta ai cerut.
