Bug description: this is a blood dk talent wich causes your death and decay to slow enemies that pass or stay in it but in freakz it applies the debuff multiple times even tho it doesnt stack the slow it gets rly annoying and covering the whole screen

Confirmed. I should just leave a buff and at one time should be immune like other relatization spells
