Hello Alony,

You will need to wait from a reply from our donation support through the e-mail you sent.

Game Masters are not donation support and are not able to assist you with any issues related to purchased services/items.

The expected reply time for donation support to answer is 2-4 work days. Also, we have seen frequent reports lately from players that the shop support mails ended up in their Spam folders - please check your spam folder frequently to make sure you're not accidentally missing the mail.
