Bug description: When i throw fear, the enemies affected by the fear ran but you cant watch his real position, This makes it very annoying for melee classes since you lose a lot of seconds where you can damage a target

confirming , you fear someone and he is 30 y from position where u can actually see him , and at the end of the fear he blink to real location { sometimes even 30 y further }
