lost vote purchase

hi i have bought a battle pet panda monk and a mekgineer's chopper to the hord side to my hunter zabbina i got the panda but have not got mekgineer's chopper how do i get it from my vot points but when I check the list where you buy the items for vote points then it says that I already have it but do not see it in the mount list I have done something wrong

would you be able to help me

maybe you bought the ally chopper and you`re trying to look for it on a horde char or vice-versa. if you want to see all mounts just check the all box next to mounts list
