Bug description: You can go invisible and use fire blast and it won't kick you out of stealth.
Proof: Easy to test.

I can confirm it. You can take advantage of this bug only against player and already in combat NPCs. Since you are invisible when you attack a non in combat NPC it just get instant reset if not oneshot
