Bug description: The item supposed to drop with around 1,1 % chance from Rare NPC Corpse Eater (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=162147&&name=corpse-eater). currently Freakz database show 0.03% chance (!)
Proof: droprate on wowhead database https://www.wowhead.com/item=174769/malevolent-drone#dropped-by
