Bug description: there should be npcs that can que u pandaria scenarioes and lfr raid located above mushgan palace.
th0se npc named lorewalker shin and lorewalker fu and lorewalker han

note it should be easy to fix since freakz in the begining was a panda server and had all scenrioes working so it should be easy:D
