premium vote points

I don't get the big thing about premium vote points and think they are useless. you have to have regular points and premium points of the same value to use premium points so what is the point? If I have over 600 premium points and 5 regular points I cant get a mount with them, I don't have the regular points. why not just drop the premium and stick to points?

That's because you receive both normal + premium points IN THE SAME TIME. What's the point of receiving 5 + 5 and spend them separately? Think of the vote points as a restriction of what you are to use your normal vote points for.

but I cant use premium unless I have normal so why have premium? 600 points is 600 points if I have 1000 premium and 0 normal I have no points. If I can spend premium points alone then they are useful if not then they are not. I just want to know what good they are for.

Greetings! Premium vote points are part of our exclusive item promotion. We've introduced formerly donation-only mounts & services to the shop but they need you to have premium points. You can only gain those points by voting, and they are meant to serve as a limitation (You can't buy the new items with points you've saved up in the past). In short, if you want premium items, you're gonna have to vote, as that is the only way you can only receive the secondary points you need for your exclusive rewards.

I do vote and am saving up for a premium mount. The issue is I don't see the point/value for premium points which you get when you vote and you get non premium points (they are 1:1) I have over 600 premium but they do me no good the other points are all that matter, those determine what you can get with votes. The premium serves no purpose.

Why not give 1/2 or 1/4 a premium point for every time you vote then allow people to buy special items with just premium points?

I am done, said what I had to, premium points serve no purpose.

Well I don't know about you but I got an Enchanted Fey Dragon from premium vote points and I want them to return again!

yes they are great, but you have to have both to get what you did, cant just have premium so why not stick with one type?

If we remove the requirements for regular + premium vote points people would be able to skip voting during promotion period and still get whatever they want.
