People can skip the trash between animus and iron qon by disbanding group and remaking so that they get teleported in front of iron qon is it allowed or is everyone needed to clear trash normally ?

Yes, but that player is not allowed to exploit the bug during the encounter to solo tank a boss / adds from dark animus etc.
