slow torrent download speed

Hey guys

So when I started downloading the torrent file for the full game it went well. However when it reached 61% the speed went down drastically and doesn't seem to get better. Other files are being downloaded just fine, I'm using uTorrent.
What mught be the cause and can I fix it? Thank you.
