I am stuck on the herbalism quest tharillon's fall. when I kill him, he is not lootable, even tho the notebook is suppose to have 100% chance to drop. I have killed him 3 different times with the same result. each time I delete the cache folder, abandon and re-accept the quest. the .info says 200 people have completed the quest. can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? thanks
