time warp/heroism take out druid's stealth

Bug description: there is no reason that feral stealth is broken when time warp is casted or heroism, it adds a debuff yes ,but that debuff has no reason to break stealth because it does no dmg, druid did not cast heroism/timewarp so it should no be broken
