two time upgrade in raid drop item

Bug description: when a item drop in personal loot raid TOS it get 2x upgrade first one is normal ilvl and next one is chans of warforge or titan forge az all can see it happen opposite it mean frist it get update then it give normal drop

in my bag is 915 not 920 i see too many other get this visual or wrong Arrange upgrade
i dont say my item is 920 i say this bug just need to show one upgarde chans and one drop item icon in screen

Confirmed, it's just a visual issue.
