Cyclone is bugged, you cannot regenerate mana while in cyclone like shadowpriest dispersion + shadowfiend.

It's normal to dont get regenerate from Cyclone cuz you are "Banished " you cant to anithing

many idiots comment on wowhead, u dont get any sort of regen while in ciclone- u dont get mana regen or HP regen.

Level 80-8 ore....2 meserii full-2zile....un gear score de 5,5k-3 sapt....un wipe pe freakz....de nepretuit pentru toate celelalte exista DONATE.

You don't get any mana if you are cycloned while you have innervate/dispersion/divine plea.
