Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Cand ati zis ca ati rezolvat problema ci Fiery payback spell ati rezolvat decat problema cu disarm.Dar problema cu reduce cast by 3.5 sec nu ati rezolvat'o.In wotlk fiery payback[rank 2] reducea castu de la 5 sec la 1.5 sec.Acu in cataclysm cand ai sub 35% HP il dai instant deoarece castu de la Pyro e de 3.5 sec.
