ori este gresit tooltip si formula e buna
ori este bun tooltipul si forumula e gresita
ori sunt aman2 varza
ori sunt aman2 bune si sunt eu varza la mate

sa explic de ce:

dmg dat de ua 365 * 5 = 1825 (calcul de verificare mai jos) diferenta de 5 fata de tooltip (diferenta acceptabila)

dmg dat de dispell din SS reiese in jur de 2900 in tooltip 3300 diferenta de 300 ( prea mult)

calcule pt dmg de dispell 2007+ 324 = 2331
2331+25% = 2913
2913 + 13% = 3292

din calcule reiese cat ar trebui sa dea UA si cat apare in tooltip (este foarte apropiat)

cat despre dmg dat de UA pe tick
avem asa

365*25/125 = 73
365-73 = 292 // 292+25% =365

avem acuma :
292*13/113= 33.59
292-33.59= 258.41

iar acum SP 20% din 180 = 36
258 - 36 = 222

nu stiu daca e mic, si pe blizzard era mult prea mic in 4.06 si a fost bufat semnificativ in patchurile viitoare
