This talent should put a debuff on the target that indicates when the target takes 30% more damage, unfortunately this does not happen in the game.Is a talent base for all combat rogue dps.

Let me explain nice and easy :

As you can see there is a 30% diference at dmg betwen first and second ss that apply just for poison , main gauche and revealing strike but not for white hits.

You do 30% more dmg with your abilites against that target permanent but as i said before doesnt apply for white hits .

Mate you should best try a spec without this talent and one with this talent and do a complete cicle and then you will realise that it's working just like rofly said at about 80% of its true potential.

yes, but the debuff on the target you should watch for any changes in rotation.

the buff is instantly going to 30% everytime you hit something. its a visual bug

but that it affects dps buff, because based on what buffs you have to change a finish move differently
