Bug description: Ton of bugs. Friendly Warriors Spell reflection reflect dispel magic when you're trying to dispell other harmful debuffs.
Dispel Magic should give a error message saying ''there's nothing to dispel'' if the friendly targeted player has no existing DEBUFF on him. Right now you can use it even if you have no debuffs which makes it quite bad in PvP especially when you try to pre-emptively dispel a target.
Proof:

I'm not sure if enemy spell reflect is supposed to reflect either, atleast it does it as well. just sayin'
