Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Tooltip-ul in spellbook nu se updateaza per level. La 85 trebuie sa-ti arate ca ai 85 arcane ressistance (dar iti da valoarea normala), in schimb iti arata 1. Si in acelasi timp, nu se stacheaza cu Blessing of Kings

Problema cu updateul in tooltip este generala, iar stackatul merge bine, nu trebuie sa se stackeze si nu se stackeaza.
