[FIXED] [Death Knight][PvE][PvP] Howling Blast damage

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Howling Blast damage is low it does neither match the tooltip in the game nor the formula in database, the spell deals nearly the same damage as Icy Touch, also it does the same damage to all targets.

Dovada / Proof: This DK has 13711 AP and 10 mastery:


Howling Blast Damage = (1322 + (13711 * 0.44)) (10*mastery) = 8825 and not 5205

i used these fomulas to calculate damage but it's still too low for howling blast and too high for icy touch

MMO champ isn't like updated to MOP ?

the formulas he found in mmochamp are from an old 4.3 database, in the same website i found a 4.3 talent calculator:

I couldn't find a single tooltip that doesn't show the right value by now so I will say that the value shown there must be correct.
So if we use this formula for Howling Blast 205.5 + (AP * 0.44) for the first target and 0.5 * [205.5 + (AP *0.44)] (which basically are the ones from our spell reader) and then add the mastery increaase also we will get very very close to that value, so I'd say it is correct.
Also, Howling Blast related, it does the same damage it does to the first target to all the target it hits, so basically the secondary damage is equal to the primary target damage.

I will make a new topic for Icy Touch because those two are different spells.
