PvP Disc Priests

Hey, I was just wondering if any one could give me this bit of advice on PvP disc priests? (arena)
Im not sure which to use, inner fire or inner will? Could some1 maybe just explain the benifits of both or which is better, thanks.
Also not 100% sure on which glyphs to use?

the best way is to switch them. If you are kiting a melee go for more speed ofc, if you are bursting and your partner needs lot of heal go for Inner Fire ofc (more spell power = more hps). Usually go for Inner Fire btw.

Ok ty just didnt know which gave better overall stats

Im not sure which glyphs to get? the dpri guide is romanian
