[FIXED] [Druid][PvE][PvP] Haste @ Energy Regen

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Feralul primeste energy regen doar din hasteul primit din items/procs de haste, nu si din Bloodlust/Heroism/Berserking/spells de acelasi fel.
Dovada / Proof:




Am schimbat si forma, am inchis/deschis char tab, energy regen este acelasi.

PS: Posibil sa fie aceeasi problema si la rogue, cine are sa se uite.

again , did you open-close the tab while having the buff?

On my dk when runic corruption procs if I had the character tab opened I won't see the halved rune speed until I close it and open again

I did everything. Shapeshift/open-close tab, the energy it's the same.

Base weapon speed for a cat is 1.0 (at least that is my understanding). Assuming the presence of Windfury and Heroism, we get the following: Weapon speed: 1.0 Haste: (1 + 7.27/100) * 1.3 (heroism) melee haste multiplier 1.1 (10% for Windfury) 1.0 / ((1 + 7.27/100) * 1.3)/ 1.1 = .65 seconds (vs. .847 seconds without heroism). Fixed si la rogue si la druid, insa am facut doar la aurele gen Bloodlust (Ancient Hysteria, Time Warp, Heroism). Haste auras sunt de multe tipuri, daca as baga toate tipurile de haste auras atunci energy regen ar fi marit si de Slice and Dice si multe altele (gen Frost Fever, Earth Shock, etc [da, stiu ca astea cresc attack speed dar se bazeaza pe acelasi mechanic])
Daca are cineva detalii mai complete (m-am chinuit si eu sa caut pe google si n-am gasit), sa faca alt topic
