Descrierea bugului / Bug description: If i've done the quest already,i do not receive the quest item anymore(it is a quest for reputation).
Dovada / Proof:

http://imgur.com/Tdb6kuc - Proof the quest is reputation quest and can be completed as many times as i want.
http://imgur.com/WSabJCK - Proof that the quest items does not drop from the npc.
http://www.wow.freakz.ro/item_finder.php?item=25802&&name=dreadfang-venom-sac - Also look at the npcs that drops the current item,it shows 100%.

Fixed. Also fixed the Scryers version: http://www.wowhead.com/quest=10025 (live on Genesis & Exodus).
