Basic rule, get dalaran brilliance...Arcane brilliance is very bugged, it also deletes the 10% spellpower auras from ele shamans and demo warlocks, best to not use arcane brill.

Quest Objective: Spread cancer all over Freakz.
Quest Status: Quest failed

You can play the entire game from ur Garrison/SW/OG nice mmo would play again Kappa. Retail WoW 2016™

Yeah, Dalaran Brilliance is much better than Arcane Brilliance.
