[FIXED] [Priest][PvP] Mass Dispel

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: When mass dispel is casted near a cc'd friendly target it does not remove the debuff from the target although the spell's flashing light appears on it and is in spell's range.(If this explanation is not enough to describe the bug,i'll post a more detailed description).

-Polymorph.
-Hammer of Justice.
-Cone of Cold.
-Frost nova.
-Frostbolt.
-Freezing Trap.
-Entrapment.
-Phychic Horror.
-Phychic Scream.
-Chain of ice's Root.(From frost death knights)
-Cone of cold's root(Improved Cone of cold 2/2 talent)

Confirmed..i lost 3 arenas in a row today because of this *** bug

To my understanding you are out of LoS with your partner and you are placing you Mass Dispel circle in Los with yourself and the border of the Mass Dispel reaching your partner or him being inside the circle of said spell and he does not get dispelled ?

If so it needs to work as this guy mentions here : "In a more recent match I was mass dispelling and discovered that so long as the centre point of the mass dispel
circle is in line of sight you will be able to place it. So long as the enemy is somewhere within that circle (even
if behind line of sight they will be dispelled. "

Though he explains the mechanic for an enemy target it's supposed to work the same way for friendly's as well .

+Proof : "Remember how it works, even if out of line of sight you can cast it. If your partner is feared behind a pillar, Mass Dispel can reach him."

The problem is that the Mass Dispel reaches/affects your partner that is out of LoS visually but takes no effect .
