I was trying to stay away from this topic, but i'm afraid i'll have to state my opinion on this matter.

ALL bosses needs "fixing"!
We are getting tired of getting 1 or less items from the boss every damn week! IMHO bosses should have their loot prioritized in front of shared loot. We're really tired of bosses dropping both, rings and shared trinket instead tier tokens for example. Every week, out of 5 bosses in DS, we're getting three or four (if we're lucky) usable items and six/seven rings/sharable trinkets no one needs. Just for an example, on my DK, i got two normal and two heroic bone-link fetishes because no one needed them in the raid so leader passed them to me just for the lulz.

I'm playing here from WOTLK expansion, http://i.imgur.com/2QXVh3P.jpg, and this server wasn't like this back then. This server was a first private server with working Wintergrasp, working raids (Except PP and Sindragosa, they we're bugged as crap but no one cared ), no random lag-spikes, nor FPS drops. I remember switching to here from Molten and it felt like playing a new game, not a good old WoW. Now, with Cata release, it seems like no one gives a crap about us anymore. GM's don't answer our tickets and if they do, they're like "we don't care, stop wasting our time with your stupid loot/quest/achievement problem", we're getting 1 fixed feature every moth or so and after we get that feature it's usually broken, so we need to wait few more days to be actually fixed. Most of the classes are still bugged, yeah, i'm talking about prot paladins and prot warriors, random FPS loss, random lag spikes making BG's, arenas and raids unplayable and so on.
I don't know if that's just me, but all this gives a feeling of owner being covered in cash so he was like: "Meh... I have all this money to spend, they can wait for next boss in DS..."

Also, i still haven't forgot about our rewards from last year DDoS attack which took place for FOUR entire months. We were unable to do anything during that time and we had to use proxies in order to connect. As i recall, we were promised a reward for people who actually stayed here and we only got like 50 vote points which is equal to what? 2 and a half days of voting?

Freakz, i am really disappoint!

While you're talking about a lot of topics and I clearly can't discuss all of them in post post, I want to address the GMs response to tickets issue. If you're unsatisfied with a GMs answer, why don't you post about it, say something? Not necessarily @ Report a Gamemaster, but merely to announce me that something is going on badly. There are around 10.000 tickets answered per month, I SURE AS HELL am not going to read every answer.

Next time just post about it, I can check who answered and eventually do something.

"we feel.....rate of getting items is fine" doesnt seem valid enough as an argument.Imagine shadowdance not working because "i feel...that rogues are fine ".a lot of players feel that getting 5 rings per raid is not fine.You can even make a poll and i bet the majority is not sattisfied with current circumstances.

Anyway its not about feelings or impressions,its about facts - loot is bugged and it must be fixed,if freakz still calls itself a blizzlike server.
