Does mastery work? reforging into mastery i have seen the % doesn't go up.. thanks in advance!

It should work. It worked the last time I did it (last year). where are you checking your "%" of mastery? Spell book or Character panel?

thank you for your answer, seems like in the skill book it shows the correct % and in the character panel doesn't change.
