Faptul ca nu-l poti ataca? Este world pvp disable daca esti sub level 90 (max level), cat timp nu ai "enabled" tu, la character, caz in care vei putea fi atacat si sub max level.

That you can't attack him? World pvp is disabled for under level 90 (max level), as long as you aren't "enable" for pvp you can't be attacked, and if you are you can even if you are below level 90.

Nu,pot sa folosesc Freezing Trap pe el chiar daca nu am world pvp activat si il pot attaka cu fire trap
