[FIXED] [Multiple] Casted Pet Spells vs Targets that are rooted

Bug description: Daca trimiti pet-ul sa foloseasca un CC spell gen ( Lullaby, Bad Manner, Nether Shock, etc) iar targetul este intr-un Root Effect pet-ul nu poate folosii spell-ul pe target decat dupa ce expira acel root effect.

+++ Aceeasi mecanica e si cand petul incearca sa foloseasca o abilitate peste un anumit CC, EX: Vrei sa folosesti Bad Manner peste un target care este deja in Freezing Trap. Acest lucru nu merge pana targetul respectiv nu iese din CC.
Proof: se testeaza usor in-game

Confirmed.
This is because the pets are set not to attack the targets in cc so they don`t break it. This limitation should resume only to damaging abilities of the pets, not the entire spell book of the pet. Pet's cc should be able to be casted against a target that already has an cc, providing you the possibility of keeping up a cc chain.
