It's currently not in a playable state. Yes, you can play it, but lot of core stuff isn't working or not properly.

Things that need to be fixed to be viable:

* Parry * Shuffle * Black Ox Statue (interaction with Provoke) * Gift of the Ox * Stagger (needs proper visual)

Actually its very viable right now lol. only minor bugs

I used to main Monk, even did play one on Blizz, as far as I can say it's viable, although it is very confusing with the proper stagger visual, also Shuffle stacking and Parry are both important (they're means to reduce our incoming damage). About Gift of the Ox, never really paid too much attention to it, but it's a good thing to have in combination with Enduring Spheres glyph, a nice backup heal.

Currently, brewmasters are missing 25% passive mitigation with shuffle up (parry), I wouldn't call that a minor bug.

They heal for 4926 + 50.52% of AP, so that's seems like pretty significant healing when you can pick up multiple ones, especially with a high Vengeance stack.

Never played a monk on retail, so I'm not quite sure how much healing (+absorbs) they do overall compared to Expel Harm and Guard. But it looks good on paper at least.
