Bug description: If you refresh Living bomb before it expires, it doesn't explode.

If you apply living bomb, when the active one on the target is between the penultimate and the last tick, the new living bomb should be applied as it is now, but "the old" living bomb should explode.

Quote:

f you refresh Living Bomb just before its last tick, it will still explode (but the last tick will be skipped). If you refresh it with two or more ticks remaining, it will not explode. If the mob dies, the Living Bomb will explode in all cases. If you cast a 4th Living Bomb, the Living Bomb that's removed from your earlier targets does not explode even if it's on its last tick.
