Bug description: Look at this instead of linking all the quests... Empty Crate.
All these quests seem to pop up out of nowhere. Just wondering if you'd need to do the same fix you did here. It seems to happen upon planting a seed of whatever quest it is related to.

I did adjustments, but aren't live... removed the "auto accept" flags of the quests... could also be something else, but still... just abandon those quests you know you can't turn in.

l.e.: found the other issue, fixed it... live! (if you have them, abandon the "work orders" quests)
