WoW Freakz spell link: Froststorm Breath (ID 93280)
Bug description: The formula is incorrect, resulting in ridiculously low damage from this ability. It should be as following:
Quote:
275+(RAP*0.144)
(where RAP = ranged attack power)
before applying damage increase buffs (such as Combat Experience.
Also,the frontal AOE cone is extremely narrow (resembles a line rather than a cone) - can be easily tested.
Proof:
No items, 1164 RAP: Click
Full items, 38937 RAP: Click
